RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ASSISTANT MANAGER AT TIMMY T'S
- You are responsible in supporting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Timmy T's Gourmet Grinders.
Supervise and train team members to ensure they provide a fun, friendly and fast service embodying Timmy T's nature while maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
Maintain a positive work environment for Timmy T's Team Members and guests during each shift.
You should have an 'Always make it right' mindset and assist with resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies to ensure smooth operations.
You will assist with scheduling staff shifts and optimizing labor costs to meet Timmy T's business needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, including kitchen and dining areas, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales and enhance overall efficiency.
Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and cash handling as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in the food service industry, preferably in a sandwich shop or similar establishment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers and staff.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the business.
Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
