With a Timmy T's franchise, you’ll receive comprehensive support backed by Tom and Tim’s combined 40 years in the QSR industry. Our experienced managers and shift runners across our three locations are here to guide, train, and support you every step of the way, from site layout and daily operations to customer service, marketing, and ongoing R&D.

You’ll choose an approved location, complete training, sign the agreement, set up the site, and then prepare for the grand opening with our support.

$30,000 (non-refundable, due upon signing the agreement)

While we provide guidelines and approval for your location, finding and securing the site is your responsibility as the franchisee.

Ongoing fees include a 6% royalty fee on weekly sales, marketing contributions, late fees for overdue payments, and training fees if applicable.

Timmy T's stores typically operate from 09:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., though hours may vary by location.

Timmy T’s provides in-depth training for every aspect of store operations, including sandwich-making processes, customer service, food safety, and efficient daily management. Our program includes hands-on training for your team, covering ingredient prep, and portion control, as well as customer experience essentials. Additionally, we provide ongoing support and detailed systems to ensure smooth operations and consistency across locations.

Timmy T’s supports marketing for your location with advertising materials, marketing plans, local promotions, community involvement, direct mail campaigns, social media support, and business-to-business outreach.
