FRONT-OF-HOUSE JOB SUMMARY

Join Timmy T's and help make our famous sandwiches with fresh ingredients. You'll keep your work area clean, follow food safety rules, and serve customers with a smile. Work well with your team, follow company guidelines, and help with inventory.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A FRONT-OF-HOUSE STAFF AT TIMMY T'S

KAPAHULU: For those who will apply in our Kapahulu location. We prefer candidates who can drive, as In-Shop staff may occasionally need to deliver orders.
Make customer orders fast and accurately using our sandwich recipes.
Greet guests, take orders in-store and by phone, and run the register.
Provide friendly, helpful service and answer customer questions.
Help slice meats, cheeses, and produce as needed.
Set up and maintain a clean, organized sandwich-making station.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Stay efficient and keep up with customer orders without cutting corners.
Work with teammates to keep the shop running smoothly during busy times.
Restock ingredients and supplies; report anything that’s running low.
Help with daily prep tasks and end-of-day cleaning and closing duties.
Clean and restock prep areas, storage, and the dining space throughout the day.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
