Staying 5 minutes to 30 minutes later, if necessary, to get the tasks done.
Goal: All product sold to customers is of the highest standard and made FRESH to order.
All Sandwiches made to order and served to standards.
All bread is baked in store daily, NEVER more than 3 hours old.
All of our Boar's Head Meat and Cheese is sliced in store daily.
All of our Veggies are sliced FRESH every morning.
An Ideal Candidate would:
Always show up 5 minutes before their scheduled shift.
Have attention to detail.
Ask what they are able to learn or do next.
Create a culture in the store that is fun and uplifting.
Always be in uniform.
Able to learn from and provide constructive feedback.
Pass Menu Test, learn how to make sandwiches and portion sizes.
Learn and operate the cash register and taking phone orders.
Daily Cleaning Procedures and Lists.
How to operate a Meat Slicer Safely and Slice all Meats and Cheese.
Prepping Food items.
Preparing Bread. Proofing and Baking.
Learn Closing Procedures.
Once #1 through #7 are learned and executed you are able to become a Manager.
